When should I book?

Due to the rising demand of confinement services, we urge our customers to make the booking as soon as possible to secure a room.

When can I view?

We recommend our customers to call/message +6012-421 0221 to schedule a viewing session.

How many rooms are available and what are the room packages?

There are 15 rooms in total, i.e 4 Signature Rooms, 9 Luxury Rooms & 2 Deluxe Rooms. You can visit here for the details of the room packages.

Will washing and sterilizing breast pump and milk bottles service be provided?

Our staffs will help the mothers to wash and sterilize their breast pumps and milk bottles

How can the mothers contact the nannies?

There is an intercom located at each of the floor that can be used to contact the nursery, kitchen & office

How about the housekeeping?

Daily housekeeping for toilet and bedroom. Bedsheet will be changed once a week

What if early birth?

There are always 2 empty rooms that are reserved mothers that deliver early

Are fathers/family members allow to stay in?

Only fathers are allowed to stay in with their wife (applicable for Signature Room & Luxury Room only)

How about the payment?

Deposit of RM1000 for reservation is NOT refundable and transferable. Full settlement should be done 3 days after checking in. We only accept cash, cheque & bank transfer

In any case of sick infants, will they be separated?

Yes, we will have a dedicated nanny in the quarantine room to take care of the infant
